A transfer window is an auxiliary equipment in a clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean areas and between clean and non clean areas, in order to reduce the number of times the clean room is opened and minimize pollution to the clean room.
Principle of transfer window: Transfer window is a device set at the entrance and exit of a clean room or between rooms of different cleanliness levels, which blocks the flow of indoor and outdoor air when transferring goods, in order to prevent polluted air from entering the cleaner area and causing cross contamination. When the air shower type transfer window transfers materials, a high-speed, clean airflow is blown out from the top to remove dust particles on the surface of the goods,
At this point, the doors on both sides can be opened or closed, and the clean airflow acts as an airlock to ensure that the air outside the cleanroom does not affect the cleanliness of the room. The inner sides of the doors on both sides of the transfer window are equipped with dedicated sealing strips to ensure the airtightness of the transfer window

Advantages of transfer window: The transfer window is made of stainless steel plate, which is flat and smooth. The long-distance transfer window workbench adopts a non powered drum, making it easy and convenient to transfer items. The double doors are interlocked to effectively prevent cross contamination, equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocking devices and equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps.
Using the program
1. The transfer window is a channel for transferring materials between clean areas.
2. Normally, the door of the transfer window is closed. During material transfer, the sender rings the doorbell first and opens another door when the other party responds. After the material is delivered, the door is immediately closed. The receiver opens the other door, takes out the material, and then closes the door. It is strictly prohibited to open two doors at the same time.
3. After the operation is completed, the transfer window should be cleaned and regularly disinfected.

Usage: The principle of using the transfer window is to open the door on one side
Due to the installation of interlocking devices on all transmission windows, the doors of the transmission windows can only be opened and closed on one side. Open the door of the transfer window (if the door on the other side is not closed, it cannot be opened), put the material to be transferred into the transfer window, close the door of the transfer window, and the operator on the other side opens the door, takes out the material from the transfer window, and closes the door of the transfer window.
Hygiene management: The transfer window should be managed according to the cleanliness of other clean areas connected to it, such as the transfer window between the coding room and the filling room, which should be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After the shift, the clean area operator is responsible for wiping the internal surfaces of the transfer window clean and turning on the ultraviolet sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.
Precautions
1. As the transmission window is equipped with an interlock, when one side of the door cannot be opened smoothly, it is due to the other side of the door not being closed properly. Do not forcefully open it, otherwise it will damage the interlock device.
When the material is cleaned from low to high, the surface of the material should be cleaned properly.
When the interlocking device of the transmission window cannot work properly, it should be repaired in a timely manner, otherwise it cannot be used.
4. Regularly check the working condition of the ultraviolet lamp and replace the ultraviolet lamp tube regularly.
5. No materials or debris should be stored inside the transfer window.
